today is awesome day not only today everyday we have to be healthy to be healthy we have to eat fruits and salads and healthy food like egg from this we get proteins and banana also we get proteins and from carrot we get vitamin A from sun we get vitamin d and early morning we have to walk in sunlight or running by that we get vitamin d by sunlight and after doing exercise and all we have to eat one egg and one egg and or banana by that we will get proteins and calories and the other we have to eat fruit juice and fruit salad by that we can get so many vitamins and calories and we have to do work and after doing work in the evening we have to eat snacks like salad or anything and after eating snacks we have to do something to digest and after doing that you have to eat meal and after eating meal we have to to walk for some time to digest then I have to sleep in the early and we will get up in the early morning by this week cannot get dark spots under the eyes and our face will be glowing and cleanliness is the most important in our daily life to avoid infection and diseases
