Importance of plants

Plants are really important for humans and all living things. They absorb carbon dioxide and give oxygen, which all living things breathe.

They improve quality of air and humidity levels.

They make people calmer and happier. They speed up the recovery from illness, and also improve concentration,productivity and creativity. Mainly they provide food for living beings. Plants like cotton provide us clothes to wear. Several plants are used for medical purposes like aloe vera, tulasi etc.

Earth is called green planet due to presence of plants on it.

Without plants the environment and human life on this earth don't exist
