yoga is very important for every person in everyday life because yoga helps people to keep away the deceased and keep fit the individual who is doing yoga regularly many people said that yoga is the 1 treatment of the hundred disease so our country is also celebrating yoga Divas in a year not only in India but also in nearly 91 countries are taking part at Yoga Divas I advise all the people to do yoga and I think the people of every society have together a yoga camp and daily in the morning all the people of the society together learn yoga with yoga teacher so our country can be disease free fit healthy if the country people will be healthy then our country can became from developing country to the developed country we have the proof the people who are doing yoga or not becoming lazy in the old age also but who was not doing yoga he cannot stand a straight as well as he cannot walk properly after attending 50 + above age so not for now you do yoga for your future
