It is free time ;when people have nothing do to.
This time never include housework or the work in which some task is done. Examples of leisure activities are bowling, skating, skiing, swimming, horse riding, etc. Participating in leisure and recreation activities can reduce your stress. Leisure provides you the chance to work on yourself.
