She also told us that on completion of drawing, we would return home. We all were overjoyed and were excited to draw something out of our creativity.

The school students showcased their talent and creativity through painting the plain canvas. A painting competition was organised at Hindi Bhavan here on Tuesday wherein the school students of the city enthusiastically participated.
Notably, the competition was organised to observe the ongoing Book Fair. The competition was organized by Kadambani and New lakshya Development Society. Interestingly, the students were given a topic ‘Save Enviornment’ on which they enthusiastically painted their perceptions over the canvas.
As many 100 students from various schools of the city were present during the competition. The competition was divided into four categories. The first category included participants from Kindergarten to class5, the second category included students from class 6 to 8, the third category included students from classes 9 and 10 and the last category included students of classes 11 and 12.
The participants actively participated in the competition and wondrously showcased. Amazingly, the enthusiasm among the participants was worth watching.
Students touched many aspects related to environment in their paintings like save trees, green buildings, green cities and global warming. The children wonderfully depicted the dangers harming the planet and also the uniqueness of the planet was showcased through the variations of colours.
It was amazing to watch how little artists creatively portrayed about such issues wondrously. The competition was like an extravagance for the little painters and the spectators as well, as they have used their brilliance of painting blended with the perceptions displayed on the painting sheet. Further the way the little artists displayed the uniqueness and beauty of a green world was commendable.
