Road side food stalls have been in existence for as long a people can remember and they are seen as part of the aesthetic of the Indian road side.

This is what the public perception of this is, but then they are more than just for the aesthetic and they actually get good business and this is not a good thing.

Since they are road side stalls there is no quality management and hence the food there can cause some unforeseen problems which have made it unsafe for people to buy food from these stalls.
