As the main step to growing plants is sowing the seeds in the ground same is the case with the human mind that the seed is first sown in the human mind in order to think creatively. And after the seeds are sown there is a lot of hard work in order to grow a plant properly. Once there are good ideas in mind then it all depends on how the idea is executed and how it is done.

Having an idea in mind is not enough thinking that the idea will work is also very important by this I mean that we need to be positive about a specific thought that it will work because the human mind is capable of controlling everything going on around us.  

So the seed of achievement is very important for a human mind in order to achieve things in reality because some people are trying to plan something but in the back of their heads, they have this thought that it will not work out or there is some sort of negativity.

Everything starts with the human mind, if it is positive then everything in the world is positive.
