BENIFITS OF MORNINB EXERCISES
We shold wake up in the ealy morning and do exercise.if we do exercises regularly then our mind will be relaxed and we can fell fresh in the whole day.exercise maintenance our health and makes our body fit.if any o e wants to live healthy life he/she should do exercise in the morning at least half an hour.if we continous the exercise regularly then we cannot het any health problem in our life.
