in your life is mostly the confidence in you. You should keep confidence in you that I can do anything possible. Also you most likely need to remember the goals or achievements in your life, which boosts you everyday. Trust yourself and maintain a good relationship with all up put friends and relatives. A paragraph on the qualities that ‘I required in my life’

I have a specific routine in my life which a normal people have. But still I know that there are some qualities which I lack in my life. First and foremost is: Doing yoga or exercise. Physical and mental strength is very much important in our life. The sad part is that I know this thing and still I do not take out time for these things. Second, I do not follow my passion/hobby.  

I wake up, go to office and come back home and sleep. This is the general routine. But I should be actively involved in other activities to keep myself going. Lastly, I am satisfied with the life which is the danger one. A satisfied person never goes ahead and does not try something new.
