An organ of the government i.e the legislature is supposed to frame laws for the protection of the people from different types of exploitation. Government appoints different types of employees and officials to enforce its laws and regulations. Culprits are arrested by the police or other departments. They are taken to courts (court of laws or consumers courts etc.). Punishment is rewarded to law-breakers by the judiciary. To have an eye on the employers that are paying minimum wages decided by the government. The government sees the children below 14 years are not exploited. Government ensures that workers are not underpaid, or women workers are paid the same wages as the men workers.
