This sentence life with home made food means when we live at our we will eat the domestic meal other than the outside food that do not provide appropriate nutrients to our body. For the proper growth of our body, muscles, bones and every part homemade food must be eaten because it is more nutritional and good for our health. We all know that , we are busy in our day to day life and we have no time to take our breakfast at home with our family because we are in hurry everytime and we are disable to this we have lots of work to do but I think that we all should take some to eat our breakfast perfectly at home with our family. If we do this , I am 100% sure that we will feel more better and stressles. Thus I will say only one thing that health is wealth and health makes at home other than working outside . So always give sometime to your body to enjoy with your family.
