there are too hot in summer outside so to keep ourselves fit we have drink the lot of liquid thing to drink water or many other juices like coconut water, orange juice etc.
In summers usually the main problem is of rising temperature and its consequences in such condition a person must take care of his or her health.keeping yourself healthy and fit in summers is a rigid task for this one must have minimum three liters of water daily .drinking less than 3 liters may lead to dehydration......so, for more enriching the physical and mental health one must have a proper diet . water and juices should be prefferd over cold coffies, shakes and all.cold water in summers must be avoided as a well as the consumption of waterfull fruits like cucumbers , watermelons etc. should be choosen
