Street dogs are often seen as low compared to our pets as they dont have any owner or shelter.
But a dog is a dog and its are responsibility to take care of them and show some empathy/sympathy (being humans)
in empty places we can just set up a small shelter to help them.
in a colony....together raise some funds and try to give minimum supply of food.
if we find anyone troubling these dogs we have to take strict action.we can file a case against them.
we are humans who have a brain to THINK and help.
we should not use our power on innocent animals.
