Dear Father:

I hope this letter finds you in great health and upbeat spirits. I am writing to you to request you to send me rupees 3000 for the tuition fee and rupees 14,000/- as Industrial Training fee. . The last date for submission of fee is September 20, 20XX. There will be a fine of rupees 200 for those who will deposit the fee late. Kindly transfer the money into my Shimla account at the earliest. My studies are going on very well. I have scored 90% marks in the preparatory class tests. The Christmas break is going to start from December 22, 2018 onwards. The rest is fine. Give regards to mother and grandparents. Lots of love to younger brother and sister.
