A lot many people hold mother tongue special and close to them as it reflects their cultural upbringing. Some people migrate to different places which makes them learn two distinct language known as bilingualism. However, the only thing that brings a person closer to their native culture, nationality, is their language. Mother tongue holds a special place in an individual's life due to its relativity and sensitivity.
