Back in 2010 I was fed up with living in the United Kingdom.
I wanted an adventure. I wanted to do something more socially orientated – something “worthwhile.”
I did a bit of research and talked to some friends, and ended up finding out about an organization that ran orphanages and educational centers in Kenya, Thailand, and Indonesia.
They were looking for Co-Directors, long-stay volunteers who would run one of their centers for at least a year.
Petition to the local government in which I request them not to close the orphanage in the area:

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am a resident of the ABC Nagar of the city and I’m writing on behalf of the people who signed this petition. Last week the orphanage named Divya Children's Home located in our colony got the notice from the land owners that they need to vacate the place by 15th of the coming month. When asked about the reason for this evacuation, the land owner said that he wanted to build a shopping complex there. The orphanage already houses around 130 children of various ages, and it is not possible to find a resident for these children in such a small period of time. So, all the people in the colony has signed a petition so that the local government shall intervene in the matters, and should stop the closing of the orphanage. Or at least to give them some time to find some another appropriate location for the orphanage.
