The Constitution provides “no child below the age of age of fourteen years shall be employed to work in any factory or mine or engaged in other hazardous employment”12 Child labor is a huge problem which is a socially acknowledged reality but the PIL filed indented to bring about this crucial issue in the eyes of law.
