Deceased Love

Is this the face I held so dear?

The voice that used to soothe my ear?

I have forgotten or maybe never knew

That I'm in love with.... who?

Those lips I thought so sweet

Taste salty as a piece of meat,

That look I felt so warm

Is colder than an ice storm,

Those clumsy moves now slap my face

Eradicating every trace of grace.

Was I enthralled by this witch?

My heart stops with a twitch

It can't be real, it wasn't me

So blind no love can be....
