Listen everyone, listen now,

Electricity runs the world and I will tell you how.

Electricity is all around,

Electrically charged particles are highly profound.

Positive and Negative attraction,

Keeps the relationship charged.

Electric currents have ambition

Conducting power through changing conditions.

Each day we rely on electrical power,

Nursing our technology through every hour.

TVs, cell phones, computers and roasters,

We rely on modern conveniences such as a toaster.

Even though power will generally rock,

Be very careful, it can give you a shock!

Falling powerlines can create quite a fuss,

So, trying to avoid them is a total must!

Damaged cords and overworked outlets

Can start a fire.

And whatever you do,

Keep water away from a plugged-in wire.

Listen everyone, listen now,

Electricity can save live, but it can take them too,

Be careful around electricity,

Whatever you do!

Dark night without light,

No movies, no internet, no laptop,

No entertainment, no facility,

Alas!

Electricity is not immortal,

It can die.

Why not turn off the useless lights,

And enjoy everyday the energy bytes.
