Night unconditionally darkens me, 
day gives me umpteen shades to choose from, 
the sun lights me, the moon has me white. 
last day the rose petal poured 
a hue of crimson fragrance on my senses 
and that morning marigold left 
a tinge of yellow on my fingertip. 
HOLI is everyday.
