Answer:
It was cool, there was shade,
but no longer
The world was barren
swept of it's color
now just a plain drab place
How scorchingly hot the sun feels on my back
so barren and red like the dirt of this land
So cracked, no relief, no shade to crawl under
no birds, no tweets, just silence
lonely and choked of its inhabitants, a world I dream, a world no longer

Answer:
Life could not exist on Earth without trees because they produce most of the oxygen that humans and wildlife breathe. Trees absorb carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and release oxygen using the process of photosynthesis. ... Trees can also act as noise filters. Trees muffle urban clamor almost as well as walls do.
