Then ,

(X+5) and (X-4) are the factors of the polynomial.

Multiplying them ,

( X+5) (X-4)=
x {}^{2}  - 4x + 5x - 20 \\  =  > x {}^{2}  + x - 20 = 0
This is the required polynomial.
