(x-2/3)(x+1/3)= 0

(3x-2)(3x+1) =0

9x² -3x -2 = 0

aditya2019: full procedure
saumyasuman05: since 2/3 is a zero of the polynomial f(x) so by factor theorem (x-2/3) is a factor of the polynomial similarly (x+1/3) is also factor of the polynomial. Hence the polynomial is obtained by multiplying the 2 factors
