Potato chips, a tasty snack, is liked by all from eight to eighty. The preparation of potato chips is very easy but it follows some steps. At first, potatoes are bought from the market. Then, they are sorted and cleaned very well.

Next, the cleaned potatoes are cut into thin round pieces. Thereafter, these pieces are soaked in water mixed with some amount of baking soda for two or three hours. Now, these pieces are taken out of water and are dried well. The next step is to deep fry these pieces well in oil. Then spices are sprinkled on these. Now, they are ready to be sold in the market.
