PROPOSAL OF OLD CLOTHS COLLECTION FOR CHARITY...

SITUATION: There has been noticed a rise in the number of old clothes in the school. As the student council, we have decided to collect the clothes and donate them to an orphanage nearby.

:Proposed solution steps

Announcement at assembly about the collection.
Putting boxes at strategic points in the school for dropping.
Sourcing funds fro our saving to run the collection process.
Ask the school administration to provide us with the school bus for transport.
Set the date for donating those clothes.
Generally, this shall be a nice way to dispose off the clothes and at the same time come to the aid of the needy.
