m^2+1 =7^2+1

= 49+1 =50

3) 2m = 16

m=8

m^2-1 = 8^2-1

= 64-1 = 63

m^2+1 = 8^2+1

=64+1=65

4) 2m = 20

m = 10

m^2-1 = 10^2-1

= 100-1 =99

m^2+1 = 10^2+1

= 100+1 = 101
