Use the formula 2m, m^2-1, m^2+1

1) 2m=6

m=3

m^2-1 = 3^2 -1

= 9-1 = 8

m^2+1 = 3^2+1

= 9+1 =10

2) 2m = 14

m=7

m^2-1 =7^2-1

= 48-1 =48

m^2+1 =7^2+1

= 49+1 =50

3) 2m = 16

m=8

m^2-1 = 8^2-1

= 64-1 = 63

m^2+1 = 8^2+1

=64+1=65

4) 2m = 20

m = 10

m^2-1 = 10^2-1

= 100-1 =99

m^2+1 = 10^2+1

= 100+1 = 101
