SOLUTION :

Let  α  and β are the zeros of the quadratic polynomial.

Given : sum of  zeros = α +  β =  2√3

Product of zeros = α β = 2

Quadratic polynomial will be :

k[x² - (α +  β)x + α β], where k is real number.

Required Quadratic polynomial =  k(x²  - 2√3x + 2), where there is a real number.

Hence, the Quadratic polynomial is  k(x²  - 2√3x + 2) .
