Formula of a Quadratic Equation:

 {x}^{2} - ( \alpha + \beta )x + ( \alpha \beta )

where alpha is the sum of roots and beta is the product of roots.

Here, alpha = 3

and beta = -2

So the Equation is

 {x}^{2} - 3x - 2
