we know that ,if alpha and beta are the zeros of any polynomial,then the form of polynomial in terms of its zeros are given as;

x^2-( alpha+beta)x+(alpha•beta)

here , given that;

alpha+beta=3

alpha•beta=-2

thus required polynomial is;

x^2-3x-2.

alpha × beta = 3(-2) = 3×(-2) = -6
