1.6, 1.5, 1.7, 1.58964 et cetera, there are infinite.

Value of √2 (tho irrational) is 1.4142135623730950488…

and that of √3 (again irrational) is 1.7320508075688772935...

That approximately to one decimal place gives 1.4 and 1.7, the rational values between these two rational numbers are infinite, so I can choose 1.4143, or even 1.733 from the real number line.

√2 = 1.414. √3= 1.732. So, a rational number between those two would be 1.5 (3/2). But there are several more, in fact, infinite number of rational numbers between √2 and √3.
