OK a rational number greater than
 \frac{1}{5}
will do the job for us
 \frac{1}{5} \: can \: be \: written \: as \\  \frac{1}{5}   \times  \frac{2}{2 }  =  \frac{2}{10}  \\ now \: any \: greater \: number \: will \: do \\ and \: that \: can \: be \:  \frac{3}{10}
