Write a rational numbers not lying between -1/5 and-2/5

-1/5 and -2/5 can be simplified as:

-1/5 => 5÷(-1) => -0.2

-2/5 => 5÷(-2) => -0.4

So a number NOT between -0.2 and -0.4 can be selected as per you want. But for the sake of the solution let's select: -4/36

You can see that -4/36 = -1/9 => -0.1111... = -0.1. It doesn't lie b/w those two numbers.
