My Health :-

People at today's date has gradually started being more obsessed with mobile phones and computers. More often, they have forgotten about what a physical health is. The real life, is fading away day by day. And virtual life, which has nothing to do with our achievements neither future has started making much sense to people. On this long run, very few of youngsters remains health conscious. My parents, have raised me in such a manner that from a very young age I had high interest in sports. During my schooldays I have participated actively on every competition that was held at my school.

On a daily routine, my diet is bit fit with balanced amount of nutrition and vitamins. My parents make sure if the food that we are consuming is not that harmful. I cannot say that we are strict to it, but yes, we are concious enough. Before this, I'd been living in hostel. And people will agree with me that how difficult it is to maintain for your diet. you need to run and catch everything in order to stay alive. But, on this lockdown, I have got constant attention for all necessary things from my beloved mom.

Speaking about our school in terms of games, we are provided with ample amount of games. We rarely play any online games there. Be it kho-kho, football, basketball, tennis , badminton and many more gives me a nice exercise for daily. Also one can develop proper rythme with different body parts and brain. You learn the proper coordination which hits up your such parts of brain, that increases your concentration power. Also games and physical health is much to do with your studies.

When one is pursuing for a daily workout, proper diet is really important thing. What many people do is, they start workout with an extreme consistency but they end up leaving all. No doubt, certain mistakes are done at places which is necessary to be taken note of. One of this big mistake is having unbalanced food. While doing workout, you need to meet with the requirements of same amount of energy which you lose all these while. Also, excessive use of protein shakes have long term disadvantages which needs to be fixed.

To do something big in life, the most important thing is to stay alive. And for staying alive, the most important thing is to maintain a proper health. On long term, people end up being weak and malnutrition if they never had a proper health at a very young age. Having a quite fine immune, people don't realise at young age about what are they ruining. At the end, when things in our body system starts degrading, They realise that they are loosening it every moment. According to me, to lead a healthy life and to do something different and unique from other beings it's very important to focus on health.

My Health:

Heath is our greatest wealth! We all know this. But how many of us follow this? How many of us manage to maintain a good health? Very few! There is case of increase in obesity among today's teens. The increasing amount of consumption of fast food and lack of exercise is the main reason behind it.

Coming to my past. I was born as a healthy baby. Since my childhood my parents were conscious about my health. I had to ateened two dance classes per week to maintain a healthy and energetic body. When I was a child my parents have whatever I needed and asked for but they also taught me the need for low consumption of fast food!

Looking at my present, though I'm quiet lazy, (-,-) my parents still force me to do exercise daily! Fast foods are strictly prohibited now! No matter what work I've on mobile they insist on reading books more than the virtual mode to ensure my eyes are healthy. They also care for my mental health.

Looking forward to my future, I wish to follow my parents guidelines. In middle of the busy working hours of future, I wish to maintain the routine of exercise. I hope to not to be obsessed with virtual life or with the mobiles, laptops which may be a treat to my eyes. I wish I'll be able to maintain a healthy body not only for me, rather I wish to spread awareness about the importance of our health.

A healthy body is the only way to live long. We all want to be known in the world. But if we don't care for our health what's the use of that? So let's not be obsessed with fast foods and with the virtual. Share your knowledge to those who're unaware of the side effects of fast foods. Lend your hand to someone who's mentally unhealthy. Let's come forward to maintain not only a heathly body but to maintain a healthy world!
