Sub.: Reply regarding delivering of ordered books.

Sir,

Please refer to your letter No. CPRI/01/Library/2020 dated 03.5.2020 regarding explanation for not supplying books to your Institute. Sir, in this regard, first of all, I really feel sorry for non-maturity of supply order of books for your library. Sir, this all happened due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The order for books which were to be supplied to your office, was sent to the wholesaler/supplier well in time but due to Covid-19, the supplier could not able to send the material through carriage transport company. Sir, action for timely supply of material to your office was taken by our shop and due to the unavoidable circumstances; we failed to deliver the material in time to your office. We again feel sorry for inconvenience caused and we also request you not to cancel the order given to our firm, as you are well aware that we are serving your concern since a long and we never put you down. We have always kept our commitments and even for this supply, as soon as the lockdown will be relaxed, we will supply the material to your office. I hope you will understand our position.
