Acers of land are drowned in water including villages and paddy fields. Government has directed the district administration to do

speedy rescue operations and to provide relief materials. However due to the adversity of the flood, the government aid seems insufficient. Private NGOs are playing active roles to meet the shortfall and providing all sorts of possible supports.
