Kolkata 09 Feb: Guests and gourmets were in for a grand treat at ANC International. At a cook show arranged by the reputed five star hotel, covered solely by “Star and style" magazine, it was a gala evening of feasting ad feeding for all the guests and invitees at the show.
The show was held at ANC International's home restauarant -'Ranna Bati'.
The great chef cooked three Bengali dishes with a Punjabi touch.It was a blend of Punjabi and Bengali cuisine.
Kapoor prepared 'Macher Jhol' with mustard , 'Posto Sorshe Saag', his own creation of Punjabi Mustard Leaves saute with Bengali Poppy and for dessert Rosogolla kheer.
All the dishes were most delicious according to public opinion as Kapoor randomly picked people from the audience to taste them.
Kapoor shared the recipes and gave some cooking tips.
All in all the show was a run away success.
