Today, the school celebration committee had a meeting regarding the forth coming Annual Day Celebrations. The meeting lasted for an hour. All the important discussions regarding the ceremony were held. Decisions regarding the venue and programmes were taken. We teachers, added various ideas to the list. The budget was decided upon too.The rehearsals are to be started from 20th of this month. There's a month left for annual day, and together, we all are going to put on really grand show this year again.

Yesterday,mrs.p.mukherjee,our principle had held a meeting and asked all the teachers including me to attend this meeting.she had already mentioned that this meeting was held for disscussing the forthcoming annual day celebration.the meeting was held for about forty five minutes.we decided the budget at first si that our preparations wont suffer in future.we all teachers were given different responsibities.all of us assured mam that this year we will make the best arrangements possible.
