write a report in 250 words of an interview you had with the principal regarding his/her plans for improving facilities in your institutions.

Daman:    Good Morning Sir !
Principal:  Good Morning kvn. Come in. Have a seat. How are you?
Daman     Ok. Sir.  I want to write an article in the school magazine
                 about our school and its facilities. Could I know about what
                 is being done in near future ?
Principal:  We are already having the basic infrastructure. So there is no
                urgency to do add anything. We will probably expand the school
                and have more sections in each class. We are getting more
                students each year.
Daman:   That's good sir. We need a larger playground. We need sporting
                facilities. We have potential to win the interschool competitions
                in the city.
Principal: Okay. I will make a request to the management.
Daman:   Sir, about drinking water facility. We want to have filtered water.
                The water cooler was installed long ago. It does not function
                very well. Please change it to RO filtered water, which is purer.
Principal:  That we will do soon. We already placed an order.
Daman:   Some parents want to have the fees paid over the internet.
Principal:  Okay. No problem. Our school web site, we will soon have
                 fees payment facility.
Daman:  We want to have assignments, quizzes and tests on the 
               school website itself sir. So we can do easier. The corrections 
               are simpler too this way. Many of our assignments and quizzes
               are not yet corrected.
Principal:  This the latest evolution in this decade. We will introduce this
               in the next academic year.
Daman:  We need better tables and benches in the classrooms. Sir,
               they are damaged and so many people have written so many
               comments on them.
Principal:  We will repaint most of the furniture. Those which are not 
               fit enough , we will replace. Okay? We will do it in the summer. 
Daman:  We need a computer facility for computer club, magazine club,
               puzzle club in the school. Sir, also to prepare notices and use
               by the head boy and head girl, we need computers.
Principal:  That we will procure three computers for use by students as 
               well as teachers. We are in the process of procuring them.
Daman:   Are there any more improvements that the school is planning
              to provide?
Principal:  Yes. We will build another floor on top. Then we will provide 
              all room for sports, dramatics, and all other clubs of students.
              We will hire the sporting facility at the nearby sporting complex
              too for periodic use by our students. We will improve step by
              by step and build more and more in future. Our chairman is
              expecting to provide a lot more in the coming three years. 
              We will expand our computer lab too. Actually we will provide 
              more facilities in our science lab. We want our students to go
              and compete in various competitions. We will acquire whatever
              is needed.
               The library of textbooks, reference books and others will be 
              improved too to suit your future needs and revised syllabuses.
Daman:  Thanks sir for giving your time for the interview on a short notice.
