REPORT:
The Inaugural Ceremony of English Literary Association was a huge success. The launch took place at the school auditorium on 14the June 2019 at 10:00 A.M.
At 9:30 A.M we invited the guests and the dignitaries. There were preliminary events like the lightening of the lamp. At 10:00 A.M, Mr Seevan Dharan — a renowned literature pandit launched the Association stone by pulling the curtain down.
After the launch, our students and the Literary Association member — Miss Shiela of class X announced the list of the most important books that will be used in the association while Miss Tara of class IX announced the sections of the association and the respective in-charge of each of the section. The sections included — poetry foundation, feature studies, books, and more.
Mr Seevan Dharan gave an inspiring speech about why an English Literary Association is needed right from the school itself. He very clearly stated as to how such an association is useful for a bright future of students from any field of study.
The Inaugural Ceremony ended at 11:00 A.M with a grand vote of thanks given by our English Mam Mrs Rose.
