Last week the school organized a program “Self Defence”. The objective of the program was to make students aware about self defence. The teachers some activities regarding self defence, like how to react when some teases you on social media, tries to snatch some valuable item on street, tries to harass anybody. Self Defense Program

On 7th January 2020, A ‘Self Defense Program’ was organized by our school management in school campus. Trainer Mr. Gautam from Champion Karate Class was invited to guide all the students and teachers regarding self defense technique. All the teachers and students attended the program with great enthusiasm.
The main purpose of the program was to make all aware of their own hidden power to fight against any kind of attack. Now a days many roadside attacks are witnessed like chain snatching, acid attacks or eve teasing and rape. To keep ourselves safe from such attacks, self defense techniques are very important. Many self defense techniques were performed by the trainer. Some students also participated in it. All were overwhelmed by the dexterity shown by the trainer.
Such programs should be organised frequently in the campus as they prove beneficial to all.
