I witnessed child abuse at my neighbour, where resides a family of four. The sole earner of the family was always at work and an adopted child, mother and their biological child lived together.
The female used to be very strict over an adopted child by making him do daily chores. He used to go to school but always remained tired. Even everyone witnessed new marks and scars over his body every day. Initially, no one dared to speak about it.
As time passed, the boy who always used to be grateful for being adopted spoke for his rights. Then he was supported by neighbours as well. The female and biological child were jailed for their behaviour.
