The Nursery Section of Vidyasagar School, has organized a pet-show on 5th February, 2019 on the school lawns. The show was organised as part of school's initiative to protect animals and teach the youngers the importance of love and care for animals.
The show was open to public and included all sorts of pet animals. The day started with a musical concert by the nursery students of the school along with the teachers on the theme "We are the World". The concert was followed fancy dress competition for the nursery children with the theme "My Furry Friend". The pet-show followed next and lasted for two hours. The judges for the show were two leading veterinarians of the city Dr. Devika Rani and Dr. Bhoomi Aggarwal. The winners were given vouchers worth 10,000 by the Highcity Mall.
The pet-show was a grand success as parents, students and the public have participated in large numbers.

The Nursery department of our beloved school on 13 November 2021 had organised a pet show .The aim of this pet show was to teach the people how to protect animals ,show some love and respect to them.there was also a fashion parade for those who had a pet dog.There were many number of breed .All the classes from our school and around10 schools were invited to the pet show .
The programme was full of fun and lovely movement.The fashion show was in the theme of "we are pet friendly'' .The show lasted for hours.The judges were the our city's best veterinary doctors.The winner received a hot of rupees 15,000 and the runner up with 10,000.
