There are so many things a class teacher has to handle and it's not an easy job to do. You guys are probably wondering why I'm saying that all of sudden, it's because I was a class teacher too.
So the journey begins. I was assigned to class 9 of section C. They were truly the troublemakers. I had a hard time to bring them back on right track. I was not a strict class teacher. Of course a class teacher needs to be a little strict to have their students rightly disciplined but I had to observe their actions beforehand to
show any kind of strict behaviour. Teaching students myself and taking care of the class property, Cup boards, class decoration, Class monitoring and tests it was all a long procedure. A class teacher needs to have taken proper care of the class if not it'll be hard during the inspection. A class teacher needs to assign a class monitor too otherwise the class will be a hustle bustle. The hardest thing I experienced as a class teacher myself was that students were not taking an initiative to learn. They instead of coming forward to learn, were just leaving everything to the flow. Thus a class teacher needs to pay attention to every single student and learn about his/her students too. It's even more complicated if a student is not paying attention in class this could literally irritate any class teacher and if they are not following the guide of the teacher. I understand that being a class teacher is hard but at the same time when you get comfortable with the students and they start liking you, start following your guide and are in discipline, it surely is wonderful and some students even make us laugh and thus making us forget our huge piles of work.
So in the end, I would say that its kind of a sweet and sour relationship between a class teacher and students because students are mostly close to their class teacher.
