Interviewer: good morning audience; we are extremely privileged to have with us the world famous conservationist, who has won many national and international awards, Mr. Upen Tiyagi with us. We welcome you, sir on the show.
Conservationist: Thanks for the appreciation and welcome!
Interviewer: Sir, we would like you to share with our audience the prime environmental concerns that must be tackled on the priority basis.
Conservationist: To be honest and truthful, our environment has reached a critical stage; its condition is like a patient needing ICU medical care. If the Governments and people in the world did not take some serious measures earnestly, we are going to face some drastic consequences which would be impossible to handle.
Interviewer: Would you please elaborate on what these consequences might be?
Conservationist: Global warming, intense climatic conditions, dearth of life support systems such as oxygen, water, food, etc. will be become such issues as have never become before. Owing to the reckless use of natural resources such as fossil fuels, merciless deforestation, fishing, interference with nature, etc. irreparable damage has been done to the environment; soon the consequences will become visible. Man’s very existence will be in danger.
Interviewer: The situation has become very critical indeed! Is there any solution to the above mentioned problems?
Conservationist: Yes, it is! I want the people to know the truth and start living responsibly. Yes, still there is hope. The Government and people must revise their policies and life-style. There should not be any further damage to the environment in the name of development and progress. Each individual on the planet must contribute to environment conservation. Trees and forests must be planted at all the places that are empty. Carbon emissions must be restricted. Alternative fuels must replace fossil fuels. Only then there is hope.

Can you please tell the audience about the major environmental concerns?
Conversationalist- Environmental pollution is a major threat to our environment.
The increasing rate of air and water pollution and constant uses of fossil fuels, deforestation are hampering the balance and the purity of the environment.
Global warming causes depletion of ozone layer.
Interviewer: What should be done to prevent this?
