Health is our most precious wealth, I hope you agree
No doubt, health is the sweetest fruit of our life’s tree.
Money is certainly important, and so is social prestige
But it is a good health that is the source of a constant bliss.
You may have the money to tour the world, but can’t if your health does not permit
You can buy all the food of the world, but your bad health will not let you eat.
You might have huge honor in the city, with everybody bowing before you
But you will fail to enjoy it, if you regularly develop health problems new.
In this way the bad health will always play a serious bar
In the way of your enjoying what you have, wealth, house or car.
On the other hand the good health is a source of constant happines
That will automatically turn your life into one of charm, pleasure and grace.
Take good care of your health, and develop a body that is sound and strong
And ensure a life that is happy and charming, besides being long.

Health is very important for human life. It is like money, which always comes our way. A healthy man experiences every joy of life and performs his daily activities with full energy. If our health is not right, then life becomes full of despair. Do not feel like doing any work. All happiness disappears from life. It has been said that good health, Mahavardhan Every man tries to stay healthy. It is necessary that he is healthy. To remain healthy, it is necessary to exercise balanced diet and exercise daily. Balanced diet gives the body the power to fight energy and diseases and exercise gives energy to the body. Drink plenty of water, drink at least two liters of water a day. If this is done, a healthy person is able to do every task and leads a happy life.
Humans should continue to participate in sports regularly. By doing this, blood circulation is right in the body, energizing and enthusiasm also increases. In today's epic life, we look at the importance of sports, this has adverse effects on our body. We tend to be lazy. Our body gets bored. There are many diseases like obesity, mental stress, high or lowered stress. If we play regularly, then our health is fine. We remain tight-riddled.
