In India the government is of two types Central government and state government. government is made up of 3 body that is legislature executive and judiciary. since the Independence constitution has given the power to all this legislature executive and judiciary. this all perform separate function according to their powers. executive cannot interfere in the matter of legislature legislature cannot refer in the matter of executive and judiciary cannot interfere in the matter of executive and legislature respectively.this is because constitution is made constitution of India is made in such a way that the given the power separately on the basis of their work
