Din-i-llahi was a religion found by the mughal emperor Akbar, wherein faith in one god was promoted. It combined the faiths of hindus and muslims.

Zat was the numerical value assigned to a rank, in mughal court. The higher the numerical value (zat), the closer the rankholder is to the King.

Sawar was the military responsibility of a Mansabdar (rankholder) or the number of horses that a Mansabdar possessed.
