is it asked only for Indian winds?

The Loo is a strong, dusty, hot and dry summer wind from the west which blows over the western Indo-Gangetic Plain region of North India and Pakistan. It is especially strong in the months of May and June. Due to its very high temperatures (45 °C–50 °C or 115 °F–120 °F), exposure to it often leads to fatal heatstrokes

Kali Andhi  literal meaning: Black Storm are violent dust squalls that occur in the late-spring in the northwestern parts of the Indo-Gangetic Plainregion of the Indian Subcontinent. They are usually brief, but can block out the sun, drastically reduce visibility and cause property damage and injuries. They are a common precursor to the arrival of the monsoon in the northern plains. It is quite common in southern Punjab, in the Cholistan and Thar deserts in Pakistan and Rajastan in India.
