Yes I agree that this word is elergy for some, for some it is a tonic , right.

I would like to place a proverb here , If u bow down your head into the phone , it will kill you , but if u bow your head into the book it will make u to lift up your head in the society tomorrow .

Any thing in this world has advantages and disadvantages too. Same in it dependent on us how we take it into our use.
