☆☆☆SCIENCE IN OUR DAILY LIFE☆☆☆
From morning (when we wake up) to night (when go to bed) we are used to science. That means we are dealing with science in our day to day life. Whatever we do, there is a big science behind that particular thing. For example,
i) In morning we use alarm clock for waking up. Using alarm clock is depended on science. No matter if it is hazardous or merit. But the thing is:- "Alarm clock uses science".
ii) Next, Let's take tea/coffee. We use to drink tea or coffee or someother drinking mixtures in morning.
iii) Using mobiles, laptops, desktops. These objects are working because of some scientific principles.
iv) Calculators which we use for calculating. In this also there is a science hidden.
In short we can say that the gadgets which we use has a big science hidden. But we are not aware of this. (Maximum)
There are lots and lots of merits/advantages of science in daily life. Like:-
> Good communication:
Mobiles, Laptops, Landlines, Tabs are some communicable devices which we often use. If there is no science then we would not be aware or we would not have those devices in this world. Not only mobiles, laptops and landlines are communicable devices. GPS systems, Fax and xerox machines, DVDs, VCDs are some gifts to science of humankind. These devices made us to share knowledge and information with each other. Thus, it can be said that science has made communication possible.
> Science in cooking:
The ice cubes is one of example for principles of science. When we cook something, we use some of the principles of science. The principles of evaporation and condensation involved in the process of cooking have come from science. The LPG gas that we use to cook our food has also come because of science. Thus, cooking also involves science.
> Playing involves science:
Flying kites has science. The elements of angle of elevation, speed and distance are all understood only after understanding the principles of science. Playing slides is again a product of science. Participating in sports we can use the principles of science to compete. All the toys like video games, play-stations are some products of science.
> Researching the forms of energy involves science:
The discovery of atomic energy has started the trend of discovery of various advanced forms of energy to be used in everyday life. Electricity is one of the important and daily need of our lives is due to science. Electricity has enabled man to work at night too and thus increase his or her productivity. Gadgets like the television and radio are products of science. Now science is also giving us solar energy, which can be used to replace the electricity.
> Science in medical field:
The field of medicine is existence to advances in science. From stethoscope to X-ray machine to the ECG machine, all are products of science. Diseases like cancer are cured because of science. Heart transplants, organ transplants, blood transfusion these are possible only because of science. Infact medicines are also a product of science. The basic medicine for headache would not have been there if science is not there.
Right from simple to sophisticated gadgets science is there. science is present all over the world and it never dies. If science is not there then we can't live a wealthy sophisticated life. Even for example, Even early man made a simple wheel for transportation which means there is a science. So from early days to present and future days we people are dependent on science. So we should thank science to give us a good, wealthy life.
